What ‘Where Snow Doesn’t Fall’ Actually Means
It’s practical, first off. Where Snow Doesn’t Fall has it’s name because in Edyn and Idyll, the parallel universes where the story takes place, snow literally doesn’t fall. The climate is perfect, it’s always perfect and rarely ever goes lower than 72 degrees fahrenheit. The highest tempature being 80 degrees fehrenheit. So, yeah, it literally doesn’t snow and that’s the pun of the title.
Additionally, Where Snow Doesn’t Fall is four words, and that’s a reoccurring theme in my different book series. Four words, every title will be four words. That’s just a fun fact.
Now, back to the title in meaning—snow can indicate coldness, and purity. The interpretation is open, but it does symbolize how Edyn and Idyll always have something lacking; happiness and joy is always there, it’s the objective of Edyn and Idyll, but it never lets in negative emotions. That can be good, and bad sometimes. Like where snow doesn’t fall, it’s a place where emotions aren’t that free, or ‘pure.’ It’s not cold, but it’s not completely true either. Again, it’s rarely an issue, but it is something pondered by the people of both worlds.
